Slimcase is committed to your satisfaction with a clear, hassle-free return policy. We offer a 7-day return window and a one-time replacement under our 2-year warranty. Read on to learn more.

Here below is the summary of our Return Policy:

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. 

Claims related to transit damage, missing items or incorrect products must be reported to Slimcase Customer Support within 24-48 hours of delivery confirmation.

To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • The protective film must be intact and not peeled off.
  • An authenticated unboxing video is mandatory for any type of claim (return, exchange or refund). Claims made without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, Slimcase will cover the return shipping fee.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Slimcase or authorized retailers are covered by our return and warranty program. Slimcase products purchased through other retailers must be returned following their respective returns and refund policies.

* Do not send your item back to the address printed on the parcel without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or cause delays in processing your claim.

Our 2-year warranty offers a one-time replacement covering any manufacturing defect or damage to the case. If you encounter any issue during this period, please reach out to us for a replacement. (Shipping fee applies.)

Please Note:

  • Our warranty only applies to a new original, purchased item. Any product that has already been issued as a warranty replacement is not subject to the same policy and will not be replaced again.
  • The quality of any items should be checked when they arrive – contact us immediately if you have any concerns.  
  • When contacting us about any warranty claims, you will need to attach at least one high-resolution photo/video clearly showing the defect.
  • Slimcase does not warrant and is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any smartphone, accessories, or other device other than Slimcase-branded products.
  • If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option.
  • If your product was gifted to you, please note that we will need to match your claim to the original order in our system, using either the order number or the buyer’s details. 
  • Promotional and complimentary items (which are sent for reviewers and influencers) are not covered by this warranty.
